Join us at the Festival of Outback Skies Saturday 2nd May for a sizzling head-to-head cook-off where everyday BBQ lovers show off their skills in front of a live crowd. Bragging rights, smoky glory, and prize money are up for grabs — with 1sr, 2nd and 3rds winners crowned in each battle!
The Game Plan🔥 How It Works
There are two BBQ Battles on Sunday morning 9am and 11am
All Steaks provided. rubs supplied by Fenglehorn Sauces, and BBQ equipment will be there for you to use— just bring yourself (and an apron if you want to bring the flair!).
You’ll cook solo and use the provided ingredients to whip up your best BBQ creation.
Our judging panel will score based on taste, presentation, creativity, and crowd appeal.

You’ll need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled battle time for a quick briefing and prep.
