EVENT TICKETS

  • There are NO REFUNDS on any event tickets except as required by law.
    ** Hughenden Festival of Outback Skies strongly recommends purchasing appropriate Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, etc.**
    • a. Event tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
    • b. Subject to availability, tickets will be available for purchase at the venue prior to the event.
    • c. Every patron must have a valid ticket.

NON-TRANSFERABLE TICKETS

  • All Hughenden Festival of Outback Skies tickets are non-transferable. This includes tickets for events and festival campsites

ORDERS

  • By clicking the Finalise Order button, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges section. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

PROGRAM CHANGES

  • Outback Festival assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.

GENERAL

  • Footwear must be worn at all times.
  • As the event is an all-ages event, children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
  • As the showgrounds will be a licensed venue, patrons are not allowed to bring alcohol into the venue. Bag checks may be conducted, and anyone found to be carrying alcohol will be requested to leave the venue.
  • Proof of ID may be required upon entry to licensed events (Rodeo and Dinner Under the Stars)
  • Drink vouchers are not refundable for cash.
  • Alcoholic drinks cannot be taken out of the licensed area.
  • Responsible service of alcohol will be adhered to, and no alcohol will be sold to anyone who is drunk, disorderly or under 18 years of age.
  • A festival shuttle will be operating on the night of the bull ride and the dinner under the stars. The pickup/drop off points will be the Allan Terry Caravan Park, the Royal Hotel, Hughenden Freight, Robert Gray Park and the Hughenden Showgrounds Bus schedule will be posted at the bus stops, and on the festival website prior to the event.
  • Flinders Shire Council reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.
  • Dogs are permitted at the festival but must be kept on a lead. Dogs are not allowed to be taken to the rodeo event or the Dinner under the Stars. Dog owners must clean up after there dogs and Flinders Shire Council reserves the right to ask owners to remove there dog from the festival site if they bark excessively or are a nusicance to livestock or patrons.

CAMPING

  • Attendees with a camping ticket will need to take their ticket to the Flinders Discovery Centre (37 Gray Street) to exchange for a camping pass which will need to be displayed on your tent/ camper or van. If you arrive after hours, you may set up and collect your pass the following morning. Attendants will be checking daily for camping passes, so ensure these are visible at all times. You may be requested to leave if you do not have a camping pass.
  • Attendees staying at the Rent-a-Tent Accommodation will take their ticket straight to the concierge at the camping site at Diggers Entertainment Centre. Please us the back entrance to access the site from Comyn Street.
  • No fires are permitted at any camping areas
  • No generators are permitted at any camping areas before 8 am and after 6 pm
  • Please be respectful of other campers.
  • Pets are permitted at the Showgrounds Camping areas , but must supervised and restrained at all times

COVID-19

  • We will be working hard to ensure the safety of our festival attendees, but we still need your help. It’s up to everyone to practice COVID safety whilst in attendance so we can all stay safe and have a great experience
  • If you feel unwell and experience any Covid-19 symptoms, you should get tested and stay home

Should the following circumstances occur with reasonable notice prior to the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund:

  • Government border closures, preventing ticket holders from attending.
  • State or Federal Government Health regulations determine the event needs to be cancelled.
  • If the ticket holder develops any of the Covid-19 symptoms and provides a medical certificate if they are unable to attend the event, or are refused entry at the festival due to symptoms or potential symptoms.
  • Refunds will be automatically processed by our systems and the funds credited to the card used to make the purchase.
