Sound Immersion with The Rhythm Connection

Bliss out with this sound immersion experience facilitated by multi-instrumentalist Alex Salvador of The Rhythm Connection.

Take in the sound waves from exotic flutes (Slovakia, Armenia, Native America, Bolivia), handpan, frame drums, singing bowls, Ocean drum, rain stick, Koshi chimes and more.

Experience music-making using meditative tone chimes from Japan.

Use your voice. Sing. Meditate. Relax. Bliss out. This event is open to adults and young people aged 13 or over.

Minimum age for participants is 13yrs.

The Rhythm Connection

Alex Salvador is a musician and Drum Circle Facilitator based in Townsville North Queensland where he has lived since 1987. Alex has facilitated drum circles and African drumming workshops under his business, The Rhythm Connection, in North Queensland and as far as the Philippines since the late 1990's. He is regularly seen facilitating drum circles in schools, at festivals and corporate and private events.
